All purchased digital services (VDS, web hosting, domain name, licenses, etc.) are provided online and delivered either automatically or through manual activation.
Web hosting services are typically activated within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
Activation details are sent via your customer panel and to your registered email address.
No physical products are sold; all services are delivered digitally.
ServerTurk values customer satisfaction and provides refunds only under the following conditions for web hosting services:
Refund Eligibility:
The refund request must be made within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of service delivery.
The customer is entitled to a refund if a significant technical issue prevents service usage and the issue is verified by us.
During the service period, the customer must not have engaged in misuse (spam, illegal content, system abuse, etc.).
Refunds are not provided for domain names, VDS, licenses, software, IP addresses, custom configurations, or third-party services.
Non-Refundable Cases:
All products and services other than web hosting
Customer-related configuration errors
Purchases made for testing or trial purposes
Web hosting services exceeding 3 days of usage
Service violations, spam, abuse, or breaches of rules
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method.
Refunds for payments made via bank transfer/EFT are completed using the customer’s IBAN details.
Refunds for payments made via virtual POS depend on the transaction process of the relevant bank/payment provider.
