This agreement defines the terms of use for all hosting and cloud services provided by ServerTurk Bilişim Teknolojileri (hereinafter referred to as “ServerTurk”). Every individual or entity using ServerTurk services (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) shall be deemed to have accepted this agreement.
1.1. All hosting plans have a default email quota limited to 250 MB. The hourly email sending limit is 100 emails/hour. ServerTurk reserves the right to change these limits without prior notice.
1.2. Web Hosting packages may only be used for the purpose of publishing websites. They may not be used for backup, archiving, media storage, file sharing, or similar purposes.
1.3. Backups taken by the Customer are stored on ServerTurk servers for a maximum of 15 days. After this period, they may be automatically deleted by the system.
1.4. Sending spam, bulk, or commercial emails is prohibited. In such cases, ServerTurk reserves the right to limit sending rates or suspend the service.
1.5. Even if backup service is purchased, the responsibility for backing up data against possible data loss lies solely with the Customer. ServerTurk cannot be held liable for potential data losses.
1.6. While utmost care is taken during site migration, no guarantee of data integrity is provided. ServerTurk is not responsible for missing or erroneous transfers during migration.
1.7. All resources stated as “unlimited” are subject to fair usage policy. In case of excessive use of system resources, ServerTurk reserves the right to impose usage restrictions.
1.8. Unless otherwise stated, the CPU usage limit in all hosting plans is 25%. For higher-tier packages, this limit may increase up to 50%.
1.9. The maximum file (inode) count in hosting services is limited to 100,000.
1.10. To ensure service continuity, ServerTurk reserves the right to change IP, server, or infrastructure without prior notice.
1.11. ServerTurk reserves the right to terminate the service at any time and for any reason, and to issue a refund.
1.12. ServerTurk reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions in this agreement without prior notice.
1.13. Services that have not been paid for will be automatically canceled the day after the due date. All data related to these services will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. ServerTurk is not obliged to provide additional notification regarding these processes. The Customer is responsible for making payment and backing up their data before the service period expires.
The following content or systems cannot be hosted on ServerTurk servers:
Content in violation of the laws of the Republic of Turkey (including Law No. 5651)
IRC servers, bots, proxy scripts, anonymizers
Spam software, email bombers, brute-force tools
File sharing sites and mirror services
Automatic traffic/payment systems (PTC, PTS, PPC)
High-interest, HYIP, Ponzi, MLM content
Warez, cracks, serials, pirated content
Illegal betting/gambling content
Cryptocurrency mining (Bitcoin, etc.), exchanges, and trading platforms
Illegal video streaming (live sports, series, movies, etc.)
Fake banking, foreclosure documents, fraudulent websites
Content involving child exploitation (of any kind)
Spam/bulk SMS systems
Mailer Pro, systems for automated button-based email sending
If any of the above content is detected, the service will be terminated immediately and without notice.
3.1. To provide quality and uninterrupted service, ServerTurk periodically monitors CPU, disk, traffic, and similar resource usage. In cases of abnormal usage, resource restrictions or service suspension may be applied.
3.2. ServerTurk aims to provide safe and reliable email service to all users. Therefore, the spam and abuse policy is enforced with zero tolerance.
3.3. Although ServerTurk performs backups against system failures, these backups have no scope or guarantee. Regular backup by the user is a legal and technical obligation.
3.4. Each user must also back up critical data that exceeds the nature of the service on their own systems. ServerTurk cannot be held responsible for data losses beyond the scope of the service.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved before the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kahramanmaraş.
ServerTurk reserves the right to update this agreement at any time and without prior notice.
