Under the motto “KOSGEB Selects Entrepreneurs”, the Entrepreneurship Support Program aims to support individuals who want to establish and grow their businesses by providing up to 2,000,000 TRY in financial support.
In order to facilitate access to financing for women and young entrepreneurs, up to 1,000,000 TRY in working capital support will be provided under the Credit Financing Support scheme.
In 2025, within the scope of the Business Development Support;
820 million TRY was allocated to 559 projects in the 1st period,
800 million TRY was allocated to 568 projects in the 2nd period,
830 million TRY was allocated to 572 projects in the 3rd period,
resulting in a total support decision of 2.45 billion TRY for 1,699 projects.
Within the scope of Business Development Support, entrepreneurs will be provided with;
up to 1,500,000 TRY,
at an 80% support rate,
as repayable support.
If the entrepreneur is a woman, young person, disabled individual, veteran, or a first-degree relative of a martyr, the upper support limit will be increased by 150,000 TRY.
Under the support program, the following expenses will be covered:
Personnel expenses
Machinery and equipment
Molds
Software
Service procurement (training, consultancy and mentoring, certification, testing and analysis, marketing, design, and industrial property rights)
Within the scope of Credit Financing Support;
up to 1,000,000 TRY working capital support will be provided,
loans will be granted through contracted banks,
50% of the credit financing cost will be covered by KOSGEB as non-repayable,
the maximum loan maturity will be 36 months.
Supported sectors include:
Manufacturing
Telecommunications
Computer programming, consultancy, and related activities
Information infrastructure, data processing, hosting, and other information service activities
Scientific research and development
Applications will be evaluated by sector-based boards consisting of KOSGEB personnel, academic staff, and independent industry representatives.
The top 1,000 projects nationwide and the top 6 projects at the provincial level will be invited to jury evaluation.
Based on the average of jury and board scores;
the top 500 projects nationwide,
and the top 3 projects at the provincial level
will be entitled to receive support.
Women or young entrepreneurs may choose to benefit only from the Credit Financing Support.
Women or young entrepreneurs who receive a jury score of 50 or above but are not ranked will also be eligible for the Credit Financing Support.
Applications will be accepted between January 3 and January 31, 2026.
No interest or commission will be applied to repayable supports.
Repayments will start after the completion of the 36-month program period.
To apply, the enterprise must:
be between 0–1 years old and operating in KOSGEB-supported sectors for Startup Support,
be between 0–3 years old and operating under the following NACE codes for Business Development Support:
C – Manufacturing
61 – Telecommunications
62 – Computer programming, consultancy, and related activities
63 – Information infrastructure, data processing, hosting, and other information service activities
72 – Scientific research and development
Additionally, the enterprise must be registered and active in the KOSGEB Database, and its Enterprise Declaration must be up to date.
